Who handles the data
Giz Systems Co., Ltd. handles inquiry information on this website. Send access, correction, deletion or processing restriction requests to kt.kim@giz.ai.
Project inquiries
We collect company name, contact name, email, area of interest, request details and a consent record to review and respond to an inquiry and discuss the engagement. You may decline to provide required information, in which case online submission is unavailable. Do not include sensitive personal data or confidential client materials.
Inquiry records are retained for up to one year after submission and then deleted. Records required for a separate contract or applicable law follow their stated purpose and retention period.
Optional website analytics
Only with your permission, we collect an anonymous session identifier, page path, language and interaction or conversion events. Free-text content, email addresses and URL query strings are excluded from behavioral events. Raw analytics events are retained for up to 90 days. Your preference is stored in your browser and can be changed through Analytics settings. We also respect browser tracking opt-out signals.
Notifications and access
Inquiry information may be emailed to the responsible team through the Gmail API. Website application data is processed on a server in Korea; email is processed in the email provider's service environment. Inquiry records require authenticated administrative access.
Security and changes
We apply transport encryption, access controls and server-side input validation. Changes to this notice are reflected on this page.
