Who handles the data

Giz Systems Co., Ltd. handles inquiry information on this website. Send access, correction, deletion or processing restriction requests to kt.kim@giz.ai.

Project inquiries

We collect company name, contact name, email, area of interest, request details and a consent record to review and respond to an inquiry and discuss the engagement. You may decline to provide required information, in which case online submission is unavailable. Do not include sensitive personal data or confidential client materials.

Inquiry records are retained for up to one year after submission and then deleted. Records required for a separate contract or applicable law follow their stated purpose and retention period.

Optional website analytics

Only with your permission, we collect an anonymous session identifier, page path, language and interaction or conversion events. Free-text content, email addresses and URL query strings are excluded from behavioral events. Raw analytics events are retained for up to 90 days. We also respect browser tracking opt-out signals (Do Not Track).

Notifications and access

Inquiry information may be emailed to the responsible team through the Gmail API. Website application data is processed on a server in Korea; email is processed in the email provider's service environment. Inquiry records require authenticated administrative access.

Security and changes

We apply transport encryption, access controls and server-side input validation. Changes to this notice are reflected on this page.

AI consultation and proposal inputs

Consultation questions are processed by the existing GizAI Agent runtime using published material. Public consultation has no access to internal files. Processing may use the AI providers configured in that runtime. Questions, conversations and operation identifiers support the service; do not enter confidential or sensitive information.

This tab retains conversations, question drafts, engagement inputs and calculated results, and the proposal selected for inquiry attachment in session storage. “New conversation” resets the tab's conversation history; a question draft can be removed from its input field. “Clear saved brief” removes the saved engagement draft and result. “Remove proposal” removes the inquiry attachment. These controls clear the respective tab state and do not delete server-side Agent records. The essential consultation cookie is HttpOnly, same-origin scoped and valid for seven days. Browser site-data controls can remove it.

Proposal calculation inputs are not stored in the database before inquiry submission. A submitted proposal follows the inquiry retention policy. CSV exploration files are processed only within the browser.
