Giz Systems provides software and implementation services that connect enterprise data, documents, business applications and AI. We develop the shared platform and configure it for the customer's systems and workflows.

The problems are specific: repeated data entry, different calculations across departments, hard-to-find documents and manual work that continues after a decision. Our reference point is the person who needs to complete the task.

Design for the people who will maintain it

Give each rule a clear owner. Repeating calculations and permissions across interfaces creates differences with every change. Shared contracts for data, views and actions reduce that maintenance burden.

Design change around existing operations. Evaluate the usefulness of a new capability together with its effect on current data, connected systems and users. Understanding the operating workflow comes first.

Connect delivery to the team that runs it. Include models, configuration, validation findings, change and recovery procedures in the handover. Give subsequent improvements an owner and a definition of completion.

Put AI to work in engineering

We apply development experience from the GizAI work environment and the Giz Core declarative runtime to enterprise workflows. AI assists with research, design, implementation and review. Business policy and operational release decisions remain with their designated owners.
