LET'S TALK
Tell us about the work you want to change
Share the current process, where time is lost and the result you need. Define the scope and conditions for a first implementation.
Estimate the project cost
Enter person-days per role or function points to price them at the published Korean SW cost standard. A firm quote follows a scoping consultation.
Request a consultation
Tell us about your company, current workflow, and goals.
You do not need a completed requirements document. A recent example of the work helps identify the data, people and conditions that matter.
What makes the discussion useful
- Current process: who does the work, using which systems and files.
- Friction: repeated entry, finding information, waiting for approval or adjusting plans.
- Desired result: how you will recognize completion, and the first team to use it.
- Delivery conditions: existing systems, deployment needs and any expected schedule or budget range.
For example: “Our planning team checks shortages in ERP and spreadsheets. Confirming receipt dates with purchasing takes time. We want to connect delay resolution for one plant first.” There is no need to include confidential source documents in a public inquiry.
What the discussion should establish
We will review the workflow and exclusions, data connections, roles, approvals and acceptance criteria. Operating arrangements and support scope belong in the same discussion. Specific timing and cost follow from the assumptions established during that review.
Use the engagement planner to organize an initial scope, or explore products and capabilities for examples of application.
